phone hacked developer rewriting code in my apps harrassment damaging software in phones2 stealing several accounts

1.several reports filed with google and police

What went wrong?
several accounts stolen lordtip@gmail lordtip05,79,00,02,03,04,tipisbeautiful00gmail. lordtip01,02@outlook tipside55@yahoo.com. 3 Facebook accounts in the name of Daniel lehman. 3instagram accounts. my tmoble account. posting obsenities in my name harrasment. remote controlling my mobile phones. tied them into srveral devices.my dropbox account 2skype accounts google cloud account

lots of personal and work data stolen from device and accounts. lots of money paid out in phone services re writing the code in my browsers and my apps. google locking mebout of my lg k20 plus

Sorry to hear that lehdettip@. 

Unfortunately, this place is for report reproducible security vulnerability within the Chrome browser.  We don't have the ability to help you.

If your gmail account got hacked, I'd suggest you take a look at the following help center article: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6294825?hl=en
