SCT toggle in DevTools origin view is misaligned

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://google.com with the security panel open.
(2) Click on the origin in the sidebar.

What is the expected result?
The SCT toggle is aligned with the right column of the table. (calc.png)

What happens instead?
It has independent alignment. (hardcoded-px.png)
