[Media Router] In browser feedback and logs gathering mechanism

Media Router feedback is currently implemented as part of the Media Router component extension.  This makes it challenging to access the state of MRP's which have recently been moved out of the extension (such as DIAL and Cast).

Creating an internal browser based feedback implementation will allow us to cover the lack of data here as well as more easily keep the feedback flow up to date with UX changes etc.

There are really two parts to this.  The data gathering is being tracked under a separate feature/issue.  We also need to port the UX out of the component extension. Let's use this issue to track that.

Over to Amy to put on the Views task list.

Can you point me to an example or provide a screenshot? I want to make sure I'm accurately capturing the UX need.

It can be accessed by right-clicking on the Cast icon and selecting "Report an Issue."
