Hi varkha@, Could you help some verification about the behavior: What if you don't use the keyboard's volume up/down key, but control the volume using the volume slider of the system tray using mouse/touchpad? This will at least narrow down the problem and help us investigate in the right direction. Thanks!

I can confirm this issue still exists in version 68.0.3440.40 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) on the Pixelbook. A workaround is to change the audio output to the internal speaker and then back to the Bluetooth speaker. The volume control (up & down) begin to actually change the volume from both the keyboard and from the tray.

Not able to reproduce on Eve (tried with internal & external keyboard) with version 67.0.3396.99 / 10575.58.0 stable-channel. Tested with 'Bose AE2 headphones'.

Not able to reproduce on Eve 68.0.3440.40 / 10718.34.0 build. Connected Bose QC35 and 66 BTS headphones , the volume buttons on the keyboard are working fine

I can still see it on Eve, in 68.0.3440.40 stable. The headphones are Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Wireless (Sennheiser has renamed them as HD1 although I think that was just a name change). There are some peculiarities in how this behaves: - Controlling volume with the rocker on the headphones - works - Volume down on keyboard - works - Volume up on the keyboard (single key press) - jitters but goes back to the same volume (in Android GPM app) - Volume up on the keyboard (press and hold) - jitters but moves the volume slider up (as if overcoming resistance) in Android GPM app - Volume up on the keyboard (press and hold) - jitters and does not move in Chrome (YT or GPM web app) It is as if there is some conflict between asking the headphones over BT to raise the volume and the headphones responding with the previous volume which then gets reflected in the slider. Let me know if you need logs or feedback filed.

We had a similar problem with another specific Bluetooth speaker ( https://crbug.com/832318 ). It could be that we also have to repro with the same model of Bluetooth headphones this time.
