There are improvements all around: audio, video encode and decode. Chrome CL's in the range don't seem to be related.
I triggered a bisect. phoglund@ can you PTAL as well? Can this be corresponding to an infra change?

Yes, as Oleh wrote in webrtc-perf-sheriffs@, that machine was replaced on Apr 6. This corresponds with your alerts. Please join webrtc-perf-sheriffs@ so you can see announcements like that one.
