Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Using Headless and Printing to PDF, there is currently no way to adjust the pageNumber generated by Chromium. What is the expected behavior? An option to set an integer offset that would be applied to all pageNumbers, default would be 0. What went wrong? No current way to specify an offset on page-numbers. They are always iterated from 0. Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: The relevant area of code can be found referenced in this commit: http://crrev.com/523674

The issue seems to be a feature request. Hence, marking it as untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
