Feature Request - pageOffset for pageNumber in footer of pdf generation

Reported by mr.josh....@gmail.com, Apr 6 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Using Headless and Printing to PDF, there is currently no way to adjust the pageNumber generated by Chromium.

What is the expected behavior?
An option to set an integer offset that would be applied to all pageNumbers, default would be 0.

What went wrong?
No current way to specify an offset on page-numbers. They are always iterated from 0.

Did this work before? No

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version:
