Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome 
2. Goto “developer.apple.com/fonts”
3. Long tap on “Download San Francisco Fonts”.
4. Tap on Open in New tab
5. Navigate to the opened page.
6. Tap on Menu > Bookmark the page.
7. Tap on Menu.

Observed results:
At step 6 : Bookmarked pop is displayed
At step 7 : Download page is not bookmarked.

Note : No functionality is seen on tapping on EDIT in Bookmarked popup screen

Expected results:
Download link page should be bookmarked or Bookmark icon should be disabled for download links.
