Need layout test for Web Bluetooth chooser dialog

When two simultaneous navigator.bluetooth.requestDevice calls are made, the first chooser dialog should be closed when the second one comes in.

As per reviewer's comments in https://crrev.com/c/775866, we can't test this behavior until https://crrev.com/c/961719 lands.
