Non-Regression : Volume slider is seen missing for Video in General information page

Chrome Version: 67.0.3383.0/10550.0.0 dev-channel Gnawty,Paine and Cyan
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any file
(2)Now go to Files App  -> Select downloaded video -> Right Click and select 'Get info' option or click on 'Space' Key
(3)Video starts playing in General information page -> observe at 'Volume Icon' there is no volume slider[to increase or decrease volume]
(Please refer video)

Expected: To increase or decrease volume, Volume slider should be available at 'Volume Icon' for video in  in General information page 
Actual: Instead No Volume slider  is seen for Video in General information page  

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
The preview of the video file does not need to have the full controls of the actual video player.
