Korean alphabet is not combined properly in the table function.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 65.0.3325.181 URLs (if applicable) : https://jsfiddle.net/ua6Ltb0r/ Other browsers tested: Firefox:OK(58.0.2) Edge:OK(41.16299.248.0) Explorer:OK(11.309.16299.0) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enter the URL attached. (2) Input the Korean letters in the cell of table. What is the expected result? -> Korean letter should be combined and shows proper result, '한글'. What happens instead? -> 'ㅎㅏㄴ글' is inputted. First Korean letter is broken. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. -> I will attach the video clip about this bug. Plz check it.

Tested the issue on chrome reported version 65.0.3325.181 using Windows-10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to URL: https://jsfiddle.net/ua6Ltb0r/ 2) On jsfiddle page typed Korean letters, able to see letters in cells @Reporter: Please find the attached screen cast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in reproducing the issue, provide your feedback on it which help in further triaging it and let us know on which OS you are facing this issue Thanks!
