Automatically assigning owner based on suspected regression changelist https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/ca01c263f4f460780c05a2441d8e5ca298b8772e (Worklet: Add tests for 'upgrade-insecure-requests' CSP directive).

If this is incorrect, please let us know why and apply the Test-Predator-Wrong-CLs label. If you aren't the correct owner for this issue, please unassign yourself as soon as possible so it can be re-triaged.

I don't think my change caused this because it just added the tests.

horo@: Do you have any ideas on this? According to the callstack, this looks relevant to changes for XHR on workers.
Possibly this is a dup of issue 813692 and issue 814724 .
