Launcher: Cursor does not point to folder name field on opening a folder |

Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 67.0.3383.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) Revision b6c093c42e2a0eb8c2d8c9dc76171b59dc65568d-refs/heads/master@{#546671} Platform 10547.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open launcher full screen view (2) Group 2 apps into a folder (3) Click to open the folder and observe cursor location (4) Start typing What is the expected result? Cursor should point to folder name field and text should be entered in the same field What happens instead? Cursor points to launcher search field. On typing, folder view is dismissed and text is entered in launcher field. Not sure if this is a bug or intended behavior. Please confirm.

I think this means that the folder name textfield has an active cursor, but the focus is on the textbox?
