bullets in centered lists do not center

Load the page What is the expected behavior? The bulleted list should have the bullets hugging centered along with the text. This looks much better and is what Firefox does. What went wrong? Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3386.1 and on the latest stable 65.0.3325.181 using Mac 10.13.1, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriged.

Thank you for reporting this. While what you reported looks reasonable, Firefox behavior is different from what the current spec describes: https://drafts.csswg.org/css-lists-3/ I filed an issue at W3C CSS WG to discuss. https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2536
