I'm seeing some of the uninstall steps are failing with the error that files cant be removed because they are in use. In the ones I have seen they occur after the chromedriver step. My theory is that some chrome processes hang around for a short period of time after the main chrome window is closed. I think the race condition is waiting for all of the processes to exit before accessing files and uninstalling.
