network_WiFi_Prefer5Ghz: Use the most popular 5 GHz channel

OS: R67 (ToT) 

network_WiFi_Prefer5GHz uses channel 48, which has < 5% of Chrome OS users. The most widely used channel on 5 GHz is channel 36, (more likely to have edge of band effects). Consider switching to that.

network_Wifi_Prefer5Ghz: Use the most popular 5 GHz channel

Switching to channel 36 from channel 48
According to user metrics, 5180MHz sees more usage than 5240MHz.
