Enhance Google Feedback to Report More Printer Data

Deliverable: Design doc

Users sometimes report that their printer doesn't work in feedback reports.  We currently log what filters they were using.  However, for foomatic-rip and some other filters, this information is inadequate.  Also, we are unable to determine why their printer might have failed during setup, which is the typical report.  Add a way to log (or extract) this information from feedback.

We also need concrete printer model information for accurate diagnostics.

We're now logging make and model in chrome://device-log and some autoconf info.  This should help.  Will need to think about other information.
