Add UMA histograms for media autoplay secure context status |

Issue descriptionWe have UMA histograms for various media autoplay events in Blink, but we don't have UMA histograms for whether they occur in a secure context or not. We should add this so we can tell how realistic it is to stark blocking autoplay in insecure contexts.

This is on pause to see how the new autoplay policy in M66 goes as it reaches Stable (after offline discussion with mlamouri@). Additionally, the current CL does not measure our desired metric (the number of automatically started plays without user gestures), so I would need to re-implement it, potentially at the AutoplayPolicy layer. |
