The perf builders do a release official build. There is only one CL in the range, r548518, "Add SubmitFrameMissing mojo call for WebVR/WebXR". This CL was already reverted in r548525. Creating this bug to link in perf sheriff-o-matic, but marking Fixed since the CL was reverted.
