Duplicate Servo config file created due to IP or hostname change

Duplicate servo config file generated because DUT IP or hostname change? 

I cannot quite explain this but this is what I saw.

2018-04-04T16:00:54.942441-07:00 NOTICE ag[11595]: autotest server[stack::verify|run|run] -> ssh_run(status servod PORT=9999)

2018-04-05T10:16:05.732332-07:00 NOTICE ag[20690]: autotest server[stack::verify|run|run] -> ssh_run(status servod PORT=9998)
