Reported by jidanni@gmail.com, Apr 5 2018

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. If a website is playing audio, then an icon will appear in the tab, and we can turn it off via the context menu.
2. If a website has turned on our camera, a different icon will appear, but there is no corresponding menu entry to turn off the camera.
