Cross account switch from chrome does not allow users to download files [from Google Drive

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: not tested
    Firefox: not tested
       Edge: not tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Chrome shows default login for an account say account Acct-1
(2) Change the account from chrome top right, user is now in Acct-2
(3) User goes to Google Drive
(4) Tries to download a file
(5) The user gets error [check the attachment] 


This should allow me to download.

Thanks for filing the issue!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.181 and on the latest canary 67.0.3394.0 using Mac 10.13.1 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched chrome
2. Signed into an account
3. Clicked on the existing profile on the top right corner-> add account
3. Successfully logged into another account.
4. Opened Google Drive
5. Tried downloading a file(s).
We were able to download the files with out any error.

@Reporter: Could you please let us know if we have missed anything in the process. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful. Please check the same in a new profile with out any apps and extensions and let us know if the issue still persists.

Tentatively adding component "Platform>Apps", please change if this isn't apt.
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
As there is no response from the reporter from long time, closing this issue as Won't fix.
