What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome and open Developer tools.
(2) Click on 'Sources' tab and then click 'Filesystem' and Add any folder to workspace.
(3) Now click on More options in sources tab and try to click 'Group by folder' and observe.

Actual Result: Added folders in workspace disappears after selecting 'Group by folder' option.

Expected Result: Added folders should appear until it is removed from workspace.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-64' and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect.

Good Build: 64.0.3242.0 (Revision: 509212)
Bad Build:  64.0.3243.0 (Revision: 509636)

You are probably looking for a change made after 509439 (known good), but no later than 509440 (first known bad).
