What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user and install Google Keep-notes and lists app through above URL
(2)Launch App >> close it immediately while loading >>app crashes
(3)Crash notification is seen and click on it and observe nothing happens

Actual:Nothing happens on clicking on that notification to restart the app 
Expected: Clicking on that notification should restart the app 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Windows, Linux
