Non-Regression: Black patch is seen when cancelling the print preview of Fish Bowl page

Issue description

Chrome Version:67.0.3383.0/10547.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Kip,Reks
OS: Chrome OS

URL: https://testdrive-archive.azurewebsites.net/performance/fishbowl/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into chrome >> Open Fish Bowl page keep the fish count to 2000
(2)Press Ctrl+P for Print preview
(3)When the page is loading preview >>Cancel it and observe

Actual: Black patch is seen when cancelling the print preview of Fish Bowl page
Expected: No such black patches should be seen 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Windows, Linux

I tried on a Chromebook Pixel 1 (link) and there was no flash.

So is this only reproducible on certain ChromeOS devices?

1.Unable to reproduce the issue on the devices like Cyan,Candy,Link
2.Able to reproduce the issue on the devices Daisy,Kip,Reks,Paine,Peppy.
I think issue is specific to Non-touch devices.
