Pre-condition: Have 2 user accounts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In sign-out screen>> observe unnecessary hand pointer from a distance from user name and Password field will appear when we click from a distance( Refer video)

Actual: Unnecessary hand pointer is seen from a distance below the user 
Expected: No such issue should be seen and user account should be clickable only from a less distance

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62

@Wzang: Please confirm the issue

NOTE: Issue is seen in M63, M64, M65 and M66 also
