Chrome: every tab crashes (awsnap) even settings or chrome://crashes

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Edge/16.16299

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open google chrome
2. decease

What is the expected behavior?
not crash

What went wrong?
every tab crashes

Crashed report ID: 

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes not sure, previous ?

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

I tried with --disable-extensions flag, reinstalling, using guest profile or running incognito

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome reported version-65.0.3325.181(stable) & latest Canary-67.0.3389.0 as per c#0.

Able to navigate to all the URL's without any crash issue.

Please uninstall and reinstall chrome & check the issue with clean profile & let us know your observations on the same.

If still issue persists,please provide us the crash report is from chrome://crashes to triage this issue further.

The problem doesn't appear after a full machine reboot, strange.
