Print preview do not show anything.

Reported by sha...@companysocia.com, Apr 5 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run this code in Google chrome https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/bS38gFFnkB/ or from attachment test.html file
2. Wait 2 second and it will open a print preview
3. Print preview show empty preview

What is the expected behavior?
Print preview should show the snapshot which was taken from the video container. In old version of Chrome it was working

What went wrong?
Print preview do not show any preview thumbnail but empty. In old version of Chrome it was working

Did this work before? Yes Before 60

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10
Flash Version:

From Javascript we need to print a specific canvas image/content. Before printing print preview needs to be shown so that end user is sure what he is going to get after print. In OLD versions it was working but now not anymore.

When i set the iframe display:block it works but when i have display:none it does not work. In OLD versions with display:none it also worked.

This is almost certainly a duplicate of issue 819327 given that the issue is with a display:none iframe. This is expected to be fixed in Chrome 66. Just to double check, can you see if this works in Chrome Canary, Dev, or Beta?

The issue with printing display:none iframes was bisected already in bug 820942 and bug 819644 to a Blink layout change, so updating labels and components appropriately.
With canary : Versie 67.0.3389.0 (Officiƫle build) canary (64-bits). its working.
