Regression : Close icon is not seen in search field in devtools.

Issue description

Chrome version: 67.0.3389.0 (Official Build)  Revision	58f84d059486796cc3652797eab5eab997720cad-refs/heads/master@{#548273}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now press 'Ctrl + shift + f' to open search field and type any text in it,observe
 
Actual: Close icon is not seen in search field after entering text in it 
Expected: Close icon should be seen in search field after entering text in it 

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 67’ and will soon update other info :
Good build: 67.0.3388.0  (Revision: 547924).
Bad build: 67.0.3389.0 (Revision: 548273).

Note : Will soon update Mac OS info

You are probably looking for a change made after 548230 (known good), but no later than 548231 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
