Steps to reproduce the problem:
Chrome for iOS does not currently support WebP images. (According to https://github.com/apache/incubator-pagespeed-mod/issues/1256 it used to, but support was dropped with the move to WKWebView.) Are there any plans to restore support for WebP? I couldn't find an issue for this in the tracker or other relevant discussion forums after searching around. Apologies if I missed.
