Despite the fact my CL is the only one in the blame range, it's merely a DEPS change.

jam@, any idea what's going on here? It looks like tsan's getting UaF when dispatching some callbacks.

ClusterFuzz testcase 6007509312339968 is flaky and no longer crashes, so closing issue.

If this is incorrect, please add ClusterFuzz-Wrong label and re-open the issue.
