Repro steps:
1. open a GUI app (emacs or epiphany or chromium) in a cros container
2. type text into a field

Expected: 
text is entered in the field and displayed

Actual: 
nothing happens

Additional note:
I'm able to use special keys like - Ctrl+S to trigger the save dialog, but not able to enter regular text input.
