Milo search doesn't work correctly when using browser back button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to https://ci.chromium.org/search
(2) enter something in the search bar
(3) click a builder
(4) hit back

What is the expected result?
Results are filtered

What happens instead?
Results are not filtered until you modify the search field

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I think the way most people do this, new entries into the search needs to be pushed into the browser's history state
