(1) Visit any site which uses the <track> element. (example: https://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/track/basics/)
(2) Play the video.
(3) Notice there are no subtitles.

What is the expected result?
there should be subtitles (as appear when using 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit))

What happens instead?
No subtitles.
