Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any webpage with scrollbar 2. Use Scrollbar to scroll the region 3. When hitting the end of the scroll-able region, the contained element will snap to the end and not let you instantly scroll back up. What is the expected behavior? No snap at the end of the scroll-able region using scroll wheel. What went wrong? I can't find a feature update for this behavior, or a way to turn it off. It is EXTREMELY annoying to deal with when you have to fill out forms on websites and want to quickly change scrolling directly to recheck element. If it is going to be default behavior, it needs to have an option to turn it off. I don't like having to wait the extra time to reverse scrolling direction. Did this work before? Yes about 3 weeks ago. Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: This should ABSOLUTELY not be default behavior, and is extremely annoying when you need to quickly analyze the length of an element that is scroll-able on a page.
