Description:
Feature Request: Chrome OS does not allow disabling the Screen Resolution Changed desktop notification. I use this feature often, and as I initiate the action, I don't need to be notified of it. The notification is very distrubing though, a lot of clicks needed to mute them individually, even in presentations where multiple people watch via VC.

Steps to reproduce: 
1) change resolution
2) see notification, every time.
3) note that in notification settings you cannot disable it.

Desired Behavior: 
You can go into settings and remove the screen resolution change desktop notification.
