Issue descriptionApp Version: 67.0.3387.0 Canary iOS Version: 11.3 Device: iPad Prerequisite: Enable ui-refresh-phase-1 in chrome://flags Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2. Tap on Tab Grid in regular view (have 1 tab) 3. Dismiss Tab Grid View 4. Change device mode to landscape 5.
