Opening Password Protected PDF - right click 'show all saved passwords'

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a password protected PDF
2. Right click in password field, click 'show all saved passwords'
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome is supposed to open this page -
chrome://settings/passwords

What went wrong?
browser closed

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.13.3 and Debian Rodate using chrome reported version-65.0.3325.181   & latest beta, dev & Canary as per the provided pdf file.

browser is getting closed(crashed) When we click on 'show all passwords' option upon right click on passwords field.

As per the above crash id (5b01e25be723888b), issue seems to be similar to #821502.Hence merging into it.Please feel free to undup if it is not similar.
