Black download button with modern media controls |

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 67.0.3383.0 OS Version: 10542.0.0 URLs (if applicable) : https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/media-session/video.html With modern media controls, I can see a black Download button. Is that intended?

hmm do you have more information on what's happening on that page? This particular issue is not showing up for me on latest (my assumption is that it was silently solved by crrev.com/c/991293), but sometimes the download button will show in the overflow menu, and other times the overflow menu will not show up (which is a bug). I'm guessing that what you were seeing was happening in that buggy case. I'll look more into it tomorrow, but I think there's some situation where UpdateOverflowMenuWanted was not being called correctly

With Chrome Canary 67.0.3388.0 on Mac, I don't se a black Download button so I guess this is fixed. Note that I could reproduce the bug where the overflow menu doesn't show consistently sadly.
