Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.81 Revision fb2352fc7d3d530687ff90d6ccc195efd640c1a7-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#569} (32/64 bit) OS: Win (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4), Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and navigate to www.youtube.com (2) Now try to click on 'Create a video or post' button and observe. Actual Result: 'Create a video or post' button is not clickable on Youtube. Expected Result: 'Create a video or post' button should be clickable. This is a Non-regression issue seen from M60 series build #60.0.3072.0. Note: Issue is seen on M-65 Stable (build #65.0.3325.181), M-67 Dev (build #67.0.3386.1) and M-67 Canary (build #67.0.3388.0). Thank You!

I can't reproduce. If it was reproducible in #1/#2, maybe this was fixed already? Reporter, do you still see the issue?

Update: Retested the issue on latest Canary version #69.0.3472.0 for Win (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5, 10.13.6) & Linux (14.04 LTS) and the issue is not reproduced. It seems that issue is fixed on latest canary. Please refer attached screen-cast. Thank You..!!
