Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3388.0 (Official Build) 8bc8a7968d90763c45cf7db09c45058afe2540f4-refs/heads/master@{#547923}(32/64 bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.4),Win(7,8,8.1,10)and Linux(14.04 LTS)OS Steps to reproduce: 1)Launch chrome ,open DevTools on NTP and go to network section. 2)In network section,type long text in 'filter' textbox and observe. Actual Result: Overlapping of 'Find All' button with text is seen in network section of DevTools . Expected Result: Such Overlapping of 'Find All' button with text should not be seen in network section of DevTools . This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M67' series i.e 67.0.3384.0

Update: Retested the above issue using latest canary build#68.0.3425.0 on Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.4),Win(7,8,8.1,10)and Linux(14.04 LTS)OS and issue is fix.The 'Find All' button does not overlap with text in network section of devtools.
