Pre-condition: Browser window should NOT be in full screen mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome, navigate to any of the websites from the above given Test URL.
(2) Play any video, click on the full screen icon of the video player.
(3) Now hover on the top part of the video to reveal the toolbar with traffic lights on the LHS.
(4) Click on the green traffic light button to escape full screen mode and observe.

Actual Result: Video should not stay in the full screen mode.
Expected Result: Video stays in the full screen mode.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-66’ and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect,
Good build: 66.0.3349.0(Revision: 537111)
Bad build: 66.0.3350.0(Revision: 537342)

You are probably looking for a change made after 537239 (known good), but no later than 537240 (first known bad).
