Issue descriptionChrome Version: 65.0.3325.209/10323.67.0 Stable channel Daisy,Kip and Reks OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into User -> Save any Page -> Now wait until Notification gets closed -> Again click on Notification Icon ->click on Expand Icon (2)Now press 'Tab' button until focus reaches 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option -> observe Tab focus on 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option i.e. Blue focus should be seen as it is clickable (Please refer Video) Note : 1.Same Issue is seen for 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option i.e. Press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot ->Click on Notifications and Expand Screenshot Notification -> press 'Tab' button until focus reaches 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' option and observe Tab focus on it 2.Before M-62 builds Blue focus is observed for 'SHOW IN FOLDER' & 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' options (Please refer 'Expected_Focus' video and screenshot) Expected: Blue focus ring should be seen for 'SHOW IN FOLDER' & 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' options Actual: Instead Dotted line is seen for 'SHOW IN FOLDER' & 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' options This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62 @yoshiki : Please confirm the Issue
