Issue descriptionChrome Version: 65.0.3325.152 OS: iPad 4.1 - 5+ We've seen 15+ reports and screenshots from users who say they are not able to click any link or access content on mercadolibre.com. There's a gray overlay on the page and the content is visible under the overlay, but the page does not respond. Looks like the web site's behavior to render translucent div on top. Srikanth, could you please check where exactly Chrome behaves differently from Safari and Firefox and whether or not the problem is reproducible with Safari User Agent.

Yes its a website issue. It looks like their app promo banner spanned across the full browser view. Behavior is same on Safari and Firefox too.
