Chrome crash on check failed:
[FATAL:spellcheck.mojom.cc(758)] Check failed: !connected. SpellCheckHost::RequestTextCheckCallback was destroyed without first either being run or its corresponding binding being closed. It is an error to drop response callbacks which still correspond to an open interface pipe.

* Crash when typing "web-" on chrome://flags search box. (Probably crash will any input box)
  I'm using Gboard English(Canada) on a pixel phone.

* Also crash when drop some text into text area or input box. Steps to reproduce:
   1. Open output.jsbin.com/pidadik/quiet
   2. Long press to select some text
   3. Long press on the selected text and drag it
   4. drop the dragging text into the text area or input box, chrome crash.
