What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) On a tablet-like ChromeOS device, e.g. PixelBook, turn the device into tablet mode
(2) Hold the device with both hands, very often one of the hands is going to cover the area around the camera, which I think is where the brightness sensor is located.
(3) Noticed the screen goes really dark in a bright environment.

What is the expected result?
Screen should not go dark.

What happens instead?
Screen goes dark.
