Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load a page that contains html elements in an iframe another iframe
2. Right click one of the elements and select inspect
3. Observe that the dev tools didn't jump to the selected element

What is the expected behavior?

Try Chrome Canary, IIRC they've fixed it.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Yes, as c#2 says, this should be fixed on Canary and Dev channels. Please let us know if it isn't working there. The fix will make its way to stable/beta soon.

For reference, this can be reproduced on jsfiddle sites.
