What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User ->Right click on screen and select 'Set Wallpaper' option
(2)In 'Set Wallpaper' overlay -> go to 'Custom' tab -> click on '+" Icon ->-> SELECT 'Choose File' option -> now select any file from files app -> Selected files is seen as Wallpaper -> now at 'Choose File' option there will be selected file name(Ex: A)
(3)Now close 'Choose File' overlay -> click any tab and select other wallpaper -> Wallpaper changes -> Now again go to 'Custom' tab -> click on '+" Icon -> observe previous selected file name(Ex: A) is still seen at 'Choose File' option

Expected: Previous selected file name(Ex: A) should not be seen at 'Choose File' option after selecting other wallpaper from any Tab in 'Wallpaper' overlay
Actual: Instead previous selected file name(Ex: A) is still seen at 'Choose File' option
This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
