Issue descriptionChrome version: 67.0.3387.0 (Official Build) Revision c8a34cf719bcf005b2e29ca6fba37c6a35505b57-refs/heads/master@{#547597}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://settings and open devtools 2. Now open emulated view and click on 'Manage other people' and observe Actual: Blue highlight doesn't disappear after clicking on 'Manage other people' option Expected: Blue highlight should disappear after clicking on 'Manage other people' option This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 66’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 66.0.3350.0 (Revision: 537343). Bad build: 66.0.3352.0 (Revision: 538313). You are probably looking for a change made after 537519(known good), but no later than 537521(first known bad).
