We are moving away from the modal sign-in dialog soon (experiment is scheduled for M66), so this is low priority now.

The embedded sign-in dialog is no longer used in Chrome desktop (we only used for the ForceBrowseSignin feature that has very little usage and we plan to remove that as well in the near future). Moving this bug to WontFix.
