Issue description

For some reason, the alert links to the chromium logs, but manually entering the has range in webrtc indicates that this cl might be responsible:

I think you can assign to an existing bug rather than create a new one in the sheriff ui.

So... The regression is that memory usage has gone down slightly? I think I can live with that. :)

Must have accidentally created the duplicates, did not do it on purpose.

Yeah, it should probably be reported as improvements, guess that requires configuring the perf bots.

Yeah. Don't know how to configure that unfortunately. Guess the corp eng pees know.
I'll close this bug then.
